You'll work alongside product managers, developers, UI designers and other UX professionals, with most projects running for several weeks or months rather than quick turnaround design work. The Work You'll usually have one main project alongside smaller pieces of ongoing work. Projects can include redesigning customer journeys, improving existing digital products, developing new platform features or reviewing products where usability has become an issue.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes Planning and carrying out user research Running usability testing and documenting findings Working through requirements with product managers and stakeholders Reviewing analytics and user feedback Designing for desktop, tablet and mobile experiences Working with developers during build and QA Maintaining and contributing to design systems Considering accessibility throughout the design process Presenting work during project and stakeholder reviews Reviewing work from other designers when required Experience We're Looking For You should have several years of professional UX design experience and be comfortable taking responsibility for a project without needing detailed direction at every stage. We'll expect practical experience with: Figma Prototyping and wireframing User research Usability testing Information architecture User journeys Responsive design WCAG and accessibility principles Design systems You should also have experience working directly with developers and understand how designs move from Figma into a working product. Experience across SaaS, technology, financial services, healthcare, e-commerce or other complex digital products would be useful, although a particular industry background isn't required.
