Overview

We are scaling an AI-driven business analytics platform that transforms complex machine learning outputs into actionable business insights. We are seeking a UX/Product Designer who thrives in data-rich environments and can quickly translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user journeys for business analysts and enterprise users.

Create experiences for predictive analytics dashboards, AI model explanation interfaces, and complex data visualizations.

Translate AI/ML concepts and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly workflows.

Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate using Figma, AI Studio, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.

Leverage and contribute to Material Design systems and patterns. Required Qualifications

5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise/B2B software.

Strong portfolio showcasing complex dashboards, analytics platforms, data visualization, or AI/ML products.

Expert proficiency in Figma and experience working within design systems.

Familiarity with Material Design frameworks.

Proven ability to simplify highly technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.

Ability to work independently, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing AI-powered or ML-driven products.

Familiarity with AI Studio or similar AI-enabled design tools.

Understanding of predictive analytics, model explainability, and human-AI interaction patterns.
