Our client, a leading organization in digital innovation, is looking for an experienced designer to craft engaging onboarding and learning experiences. Senior Digital Experience Designer Responsibilities:

Lead the full cycle of digital onboarding and learning experience design, from initial concepts to final, ready-for-implementation layouts. Convert business goals, user research, and stakeholder insights into cohesive and user-friendly digital environments. Design and refine digital resources that enable employees to easily discover, understand, and act on essential information throughout their onboarding journey. Develop information architecture, navigation pathways, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs to simplify complex content. Employ best practices in UX/UI, content, and visual design to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences.

Senior Digital Experience Designer Qualifications:

Over 8 years of experience in digital or product experience design, with a portfolio demonstrating comprehensive digital project work. Strong writing skills, capable of producing clear, engaging, and consistent instructional content across various formats. Deep expertise in UX/UI design tools and methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design. Demonstrated ability to design content-rich digital environments with a focus on discoverability and ease of navigation. Experience creating digital experiences for global audiences, understanding regional and cultural variations.
