LP Job Summary:

This role involves crafting exceptional user experiences for complex enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on creating polished, demonstration-ready workflows. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive and engaging digital solutions. Success in this position requires bridging high-visibility showcase work with consistent, day-to-day UX design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop polished, demonstration-quality user flows for defined scenarios. Contribute to evolving design initiatives within operational workstreams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric design. Independently structure and solve ambiguous design challenges. Foster a culture of high-craft and collaborative design.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience creating high-concept demonstrations and workflows. Ability to work independently from ambiguous briefs. Strong visual and interaction design skills across fidelity levels.

Industry Experience:

Experience in designing for enterprise software or digital operations platforms is preferred.
