Job Description
Product Team Nexxa.
AI The Role We're looking for a Product Designer with exceptional taste and a point of view. Someone who obsesses over the details that make a product feel premium: hierarchy, typography, spacing, motion, interaction, responsiveness, transitions, and the moments between the moments. But more importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to help change what the user experience of AI actually looks and feels like. AI products are introducing entirely new ways of working, but too many of them are still built around the same interfaces we've used for decades. At Nexxa, we're building AI for complex industrial environments, where intelligence needs to feel clear, intuitive, trustworthy, and actionable. You'll help define that experience. This role sits heavily within UX/UI and product experience , taking complicated systems, workflows, data, and AI capabilities and turning them into products people immediately understand and want to use. We want someone with niche, elevated, premium taste who can push us beyond conventional SaaS design and help establish a product experience that feels distinctly Nexxa. What You'll Do Own product design across key areas of the Nexxa platform, from early concepts through production-ready experiences. Design intuitive experiences around AI recommendations, agents, automation, approvals, decision-making, and complex operational workflows. Explore new interaction patterns for how users communicate with, understand, supervise, and act alongside AI. Turn dense information and complex industrial processes into interfaces that feel simple, deliberate, and highly usable. Create polished UX/UI across dashboards, workflows, command centers, agent experiences, and emerging AI-native interfaces. Prototype interactions and product concepts quickly to test ideas before they reach engineering. Think deeply about interaction design, transitions, states, feedback, and motion rather than designing only static screens. Work closely with product, engineering, AI, and leadership to turn ambitious ideas into real products. Contribute to and evolve our design system without allowing the system to constrain great design. Sweat the details. We care deeply about how the product feels, not only whether it functions. What We're Looking For You have a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. Your work demonstrates exceptional visual and product taste , especially within UX/UI. You understand how to make complex software feel refined without sacrificing usability. You're equally comfortable thinking about the bigger experience and spending an unreasonable amount of time perfecting a single interaction.
