Contract If interested please email your resume to Role Overview We are seeking a UI Designer II to join a team building a next-generation platform designed to operationalize key functions for sales teams. This platform will drive efficiency across rapid quoting, network design, post-sales processes, and service activation. This role will focus on designing intuitive, scalable, and data-driven user interfaces that simplify complex workflows and improve usability for internal sales and operations users. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver modern, responsive UI experiences for a complex enterprise sales platform, ensuring usability and efficiency. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas and support development handoff. Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI standards to ensure consistency across platform features. Optimize user flows for key capabilities including quote generation, network design, and service provisioning. Conduct user testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback and performance insights. Analyze user needs and platform requirements to ensure designs are feasible and scalable within technical constraints.Required Qualifications Experience:
4-9 years of experience in UI design, front-end design, or UX/UI development. A strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design and complex workflow solutions is required.Technical Skills:
Expertise in Figma or similar design tools with experience creating prototypes and design systems. Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-driven applications, such as sales tools or CRM platforms, is necessary. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices is also required. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting sales platforms, quoting systems, or telecom/network-related applications. Exposure to design systems and component libraries in enterprise environments. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, product, and engineering.
