Our clinic values meaningful relationships, high-quality therapy, creativity, flexibility, and strong clinical support. We are looking for an OT who truly enjoys working with children and families and wants to be part of a positive, supportive environment where therapists are respected and encouraged to grow.This position is ideal for:
School-based OTs looking for flexible after-school or summer hours Therapists seeking a better work-life balance OTs returning to the workforce Clinicians who enjoy sensory integration, vestibular treatment, emotional regulation, and play-based therapy New graduates looking for mentorship and support in pediatricsWhat We Offer:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Connecticut Experience in pediatrics preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team Passion for helping children and families thriveSchedule:
