Primary Responsibilities:
Asset Creation & Collaboration:
Works closely with agile teams and product design team to develop high-quality assets—including wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes for multiple products
Strategic Design Leadership:
Collaborates with Product Management leadership to ensure design solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes across their portfolio
Advanced Research & Insights:
Partners independently with research experts and end users, leveraging diverse research methodologies and data not just usability testing but to continuously enhance the customer experience
Facilitation & Workshop Skills:
Leads and implements both formal and informal facilitation techniques to drive effective problem-solving and solution development
Tool Proficiency & Innovation:
Expertly uses modern design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision) to deliver projects, and supports UX leadership in evaluating and modernizing the team's toolset

The salary range for this role is $140,000/year to $150,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
