Job Description
Description Overview We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for a creative and user-focused designer who can translate business goals and user needs into engaging digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive websites, mobile applications, and digital products that enhance user satisfaction and drive business results. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities User Experience (UX) + Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. + Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows. + Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. + Identify pain points and recommend improvements to optimize user experiences. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and business needs. User Interface (UI) + Design visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms. + Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides. + Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. + Apply best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. + Produce high-fidelity designs ready for development. Collaboration & Execution + Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Leadership teams. + Participate in design reviews and provide rationale for design decisions. + Work alongside developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy. + Monitor performance and user feedback to continuously improve products. Requirements Qualifications + 3+ years of UX/UI design experience. + Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. + Experience with user research, usability testing, and information architecture. + Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. + Strong understanding of responsive design principles. + Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX best practices. + Ability to present and communicate design concepts effectively. + Experience working in collaborative, Agile environments preferred. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, financial services, or consumer-facing products. + Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. + Experience creating design systems and scalable component libraries. + Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design decisions.
