POSITION OVERVIEW
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences that solve customer problems and support business goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role researches user needs, designs workflows and interfaces, and delivers functional, visually engaging solutions. The successful candidate can transform complex requirements into seamless experiences while balancing user expectations, technical constraints, and business priorities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience designing responsive web, SaaS, and mobile applications using user-centered design methodologies, including personas, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, as well as responsive design frameworks and component systems such as Bootstrap, Material Design, and Angular. Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing sprint management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design solutions for complex, data-driven, and transaction-oriented digital products. Strong teamwork, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and advocate for user-centered design. Ability to receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and iterate quickly to improve design solutions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability, with a passion for UX, innovation, and continuous improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, SaaS, or mobile applications. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Experience with wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes. Knowledge of responsive design and design systems (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design, Angular). Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps or Jira. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles. Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience owning and maintaining enterprise design systems. Experience establishing and governing UX/UI standards across multiple products or teams. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and customer interviews. Experience designing large-scale, enterprise, or transaction-based applications. Experience developing reusable UI components and pattern libraries with engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and advocate for user-centered design. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices. Ability to quickly learn complex business domains and emerging technologies.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
