Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. (3+ years)
• Experience with Design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred)
• Experience with User-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with User research methods , including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Experience Creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Experience with Design Systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in the energy or technology sectors
• Experience with Front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities :

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product.
• Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.
• Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision.
