A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

- + Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field + 8+ years of experience in UX/design

- + Experience designing for the healthcare industry is highly desired + Proven experience working in enterprise and complex environments
- Technical Expertise
- + Strong understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies + Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle) + Ability to create concepts using sketching, brainstorming, and other generative techniques + Experience with interactive and time-based prototyping tools (e.g., Hype, Keynote) + Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
