Job Description

We're Hiring:
UI/UX Designer 1 (2x roles)
Location:
Chillicothe, IL (Onsite - 5 days/week)
Duration:
12 months (Contract) Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences? We're looking for two entry-level UI/UX Designers to join our team and help shape enterprise-wide customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver seamless interfaces
  • Create personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide product experiences
  • Support usability testing and design reviews
  • Stay current with best practices in UX and design innovation
What We're Looking For:
  • 0-2 years of UX design experience
  • Hands-on skills with Figma (1+ year required), Sketch, or similar tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
