Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Job Description
- 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow simplification Advanced proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping Experience designing responsive web applications Experience creating mobile-first user experiences Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG principles Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams • Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, logistics, field operations, or workflow-oriented software Desired Skills & Experience • Experience supporting Android mobile applications Experience in healthcare, transportation, or logistics technology Understanding of analytics-driven design decisions Design QA and release support experience Knowledge of front-end development constraints • Experience conducting user research or workflow analysis What You Will Be Doing • Lead UX and UI design initiatives across web and mobile platforms Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs Build interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback Develop scalable design systems and reusable UI components Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout development Analyze user behavior and operational feedback to improve workflows Participate in discovery sessions, sprint planning, and release reviews • Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business objectives Tech Breakdown • 75% UX/UI Design & Figma 15% User Research & Prototyping • 10% Design Systems & Documentation Daily Responsibilities • 70% Hands On Design 10% Strategy & Planning • 20% Team Collaboration The Offer • Bonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Retirement Savings Program Professional Development Opportunities Life Insurance Disability Coverage Flexible Work Environment Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
