10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to design complex, data-rich enterprise applications within the Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, and FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with end-to-end UX design, Figma, user research, design systems, data visualization, usability testing, and enterprise application design . The candidate should be comfortable translating complex financial workflows and data into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX design process , including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final design. Design intuitive experiences for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications . Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns using Figma. Design dashboards, portfolio management tools, reporting interfaces, and data visualization experiences . Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability studies, and user testing . Translate user research, business requirements, and complex workflows into effective UX solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, Financial Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and Operations Teams .
