The Sr. UX Designer at SSI will join a small but mighty team of designers working within the space of ag retail. We are an ag tech company working in a unique and complex product space supporting the businesses that support farmers. We are seeking a talented senior UX designer who is well-versed in UX principles and excited to work in a product space. As a senior UX designer at SSI, you will be responsible for: User research with internal subject matter experts and customers, including contextual interviews. Synthesizing research and identifying insights to guide your design decisions. Wireframing and prototyping design solutions, testing concepts, iterating based on internal and external feedback. Collaborating with the UX team lead on ways to improve team processes and internal design standards and practices. Taking on the most challenging and complex design work. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years user experience and/or product design. Well-versed in user experience design and product design Deep experience using Figma and design systems to create hi-fidelity prototypes. Ready to collaborate and work autonomously. User-facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with B2B and SAAS products Experience working within complex software products Effective communication and collaboration You will be expected to: Contribute to team critiques, identifying issues and opportunities with teammate's work Mentor junior designers to help them grow their skills Be kind, collaborative, and eager to help others grow Collaborate with our product and development teammates
