In this role, you will lead user research initiatives, gather and analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Your expertise will drive the creation of intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies to uncover user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Develop detailed research plans and requirements gathering documents aligned with business goals and product roadmaps. Analyze quantitative data from tools like Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and SQL databases to identify trends and inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visualizations using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and UXPin to communicate research findings effectively. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment utilizing Scrum practices to iterate on designs rapidly. Lead UX design projects focusing on interaction design, information architecture, accessibility in interaction design, and responsive web design for both desktop and mobile applications. Facilitate A/B testing using platforms like Adobe Target or custom analytics solutions to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows for maximum usability. Qualifications Proven experience in user research for digital products with a strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies. Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or React Express is highly desirable. Skilled in UX/UI design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Axure, Balsamiq, Zeplin, and Adobe XD. Strong analysis skills with experience using SQL or other data analysis software to interpret web analytics data. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies like Scrum, and requirements gathering processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG) and inclusive design practices for web accessibility in interaction design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working on e-commerce platforms or mobile applications is a plus; familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, WordPress or Drupal is beneficial.
