They work closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts,and technical team members to create user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and alignedwith user workflows.

The UX Designer will:

Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning sessionsWork with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, and System Analysts tounderstand functional requirements and translate them into user interface designsAnalyze business user needs, content, data, and workflows to deliver UX designs based onindustry best practicesCreate wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to illustrate design ideasDocument design thinking and translate technical and user requirements into compelling, usableapplication functionalityFollow best practices for UX design, validating hypotheses with research and dataFocus on utility, usability, and desirability of designsDrive innovation and variation while maintaining attention to detailCollaborate in an Agile development environmentEnsure adnce to accessibility and usability standards, including 508 complianceProvide input on the design of provider data systems and web-based applications
Education:
This position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university. Five (5)years of equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for the Bachelor s degree.
General Experience:
The proposed candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience inuser experience and service design.

Experience designing digital user experiences for websites, portals, or applicationsProven ability to create high-quality diagrams, graphics, and user flowsProficient in wireframing and storyboardingFamiliarity with UI/UX design tools and techniquesExperience documenting UX strategy and design decisionsAbility to work with a variety of web-based platforms and systems . Strong planning, organizational, and project delivery skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with business and technical stakeholdersExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and listening skillsHigh attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong customer service orientationEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools ("AI") that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
