    We're seeking detail-oriented, security-cleared Lead UX Designer to support a program in the Ft. Meade area. The successful candidate will be Responsible for leading the plan, design and development activities to create the user experience for devices, tools and systems.

    What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
    • Establish interactive conventions and assist in gathering user requirements
    • Mock-up user experiences, participate in trade-off discussions with development teams and subject matter experts
    • Analyze tool sets, creating wireframes, and helping customers to imagine new kinds of interactive techniques and technologies.
    • visualization and screen design expertise to create a successful user experience.
    What You Bring
    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 10 years as a UX Designer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/User Experience Design or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
    • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted Benefits include:
