Job Description

SR UX Designer Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design efforts for enterprise regulatory applications undergoing major modernization initiatives. This individual will drive projects from discovery through delivery, own research and design strategy, and mentor junior designers.

This role requires a highly polished portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead UX initiatives from discovery through launch
  • Own end-to-end design process
  • Conduct and lead user research efforts
  • Translate research findings into actionable product improvements
  • Design scalable solutions using Figma and established design systems
  • Champion accessibility and usability standards
  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support Associate-level designers
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design processes and outcomes
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
  • Experience leading projects independently
  • Experience conducting user research
  • Deep understanding of UX best practices
  • Knowledge of WCAG/Section 508 accessibility standards
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) #LI-BB1
