A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Job Description
This role requires a highly polished portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX initiatives from discovery through launch
- Own end-to-end design process
- Conduct and lead user research efforts
- Translate research findings into actionable product improvements
- Design scalable solutions using Figma and established design systems
- Champion accessibility and usability standards
- Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders
- Mentor and support Associate-level designers
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design processes and outcomes
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels Qualifications
- 3-6 years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
- Experience leading projects independently
- Experience conducting user research
- Deep understanding of UX best practices
- Knowledge of WCAG/Section 508 accessibility standards
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) #LI-BB1
