Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research or similar field Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Experience with research, design, and AI tools Solid grasp on Human Centered Design.
