$83.03/hr (W2) - submit at market rate

Job Description We are seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product design and development, user-centered design, and Figma-based design systems and a proven ability to lead end-to-end UX processes and deliver intuitive, accessible web and mobile experiences .
Responsibilities:
Lead UX design from discovery through delivery for complex product initiatives. Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows in Figma. Own and contribute to scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma. Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations. Translate business goals, data, and user insights into clear design solutions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and quality. Provide UX guidance and design critiques to peers and junior designers. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and UX best practices across the organization. Present design rationale and concepts to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design. Expert-level Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components and variants, prototyping, and design systems management. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and shipped work. Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience collaborating in cross-functional Agile product teams. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience designing enterprise AI products. Familiarity with WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards. Experience with design tokens or systemized design at scale. Knowledge of
HTML/CSS
