In person Conventus Clinic; Williamsville Clinic Position Summary UBMD Neurology is seeking a compassionate psychometrist (Neuro Psych Technician) who is responsible for administering and scoring neuropsychological tests for adult and pediatric patients while ensuring a supportive and professional testing environment. Essential Functions ➢ Administers and score neuropsychological tests to both adult and pediatric patients. ➢ Observes, manages, and documents patients' behavior and conditions throughout the testing process. ➢ Confers with the Neuropsychologist upon test completion to determine if additional tests are needed. ➢ Assists in maintaining outpatient test files in accordance with state rules/regulations. ➢ Maintains test and other clinic materials (e.g., organizing materials, ordering tests, etc.) ➢ Ability to work 22.5 hours per week on a regular basis, except during times when paid time off is requested and approved. ➢ Reviews and addresses daily tasks as assigned. ➢ Complies with all OSHA regulations. ➢ Adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Other Functions:
Reviews company email on at least a daily basis in order to receive and address notifications and/or other pertinent information in a timely manner. Any other duties as requested or assigned by the NeuroPsych Providers/or other management representative. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. May be required to travel to other UBMD Neurology location(s) dependent on company need. Work hours may fluctuate depending on company/clinic needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field Is required. Experience in neuropsychological test administration strongly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required. Exceptional interpersonal, attention-to-detail, communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills required. Strong math aptitude.
