Machine Repair 2nd Shift US-New York-Buffalo Job Description API Heat Transfer is looking for people who enjoy being part of transformation. Duties:
Requires the ability to install, service, dismantle, rebuild and maintain in operating condition various machines and equipment throughout the plant. Also must be able to diagnose trouble, determine methods of repair, make installations, plan layout, move and complete work on machines or equipment with minimum of supervision. Must have knowledge of construction and machine design prints, shop mathematics and a minimum of 5 years experience in this type of work. Have necessary standard tools. Work close tolerances as required and make simple parts if needed. Will do general maintenance functions as required at the direction of the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent (required) 2-5 years Machine Repair experience (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Constant standing/walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and reaching Ascending/descending ladder, scaffolding, or stairs Grasping, manipulating, or assembling objects with hands/fingers Clear vision (near/far/peripheral) and hearing for safety Must have necessary standard tools Check out the COOL things we've been up to!
