Job Description This Senior UX Researcher will support one of two product squads focused on nursing education and assessment solutions. The consultant will independently plan and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research initiatives, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and discovery research. They will partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, UX Strategists, and Engineering Leads to uncover user needs, validate product direction, and generate actionable insights that influence roadmap and product decisions. The researcher will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent studies from planning through synthesis, presenting findings to stakeholders, and advocating for the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global UX Research organization, helping drive user-centered decision making across products serving healthcare professionals, nursing students, and educators worldwide.
