Year Duties:
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology and Accessibility projects. Develop strategies to build accessibility into organization by creating roadmaps, planning supporting networks, and developing center of excellence in Accessibility Objectives. Provide audit and remediation support to achieve improved WCAG Compliance AA Standards. Train and educate Team Members to enable Accessibility best practices from Development through UX Design and through QA. Partner with cross-functional Accessibility Advocates to leverage resources, build relationships, and support increased awareness of PWD. Externalize customer research and analysis. Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure the customer is at center of strategic decisions. Identify and prioritize customer experience features to drive engagement and business priorities. Collaborate directly with Brand, UX Creative Director, UX Architect Manager, Ecom Managers, Global teams, Copy, Testing, and User Research to develop standards and document guidelines. May telecommute.
Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in a related occupation
