• + Your portfolio should demonstrate a track record of developing useful and intuitive interfaces + You should be prepared to speak about the processes used to develop your solutions and the specific role that you played in these processes
• Required Job Qualifications
• + 10 years of experience working as a Lead UX designer
• ideally within an agile environment + Hands-on experience building mobile web and native apps + Familiar with principles of Lean Product and Lean UX + Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a
• liaison among the UX, product, clinical, and technology teams
• to ensure standards of excellence are met + Ability to work with limited guidance and make decisions independently is a must +
• Bachelor's degree
• (BA) from a four-year college or university (or equivalent) in
• Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design/Media Technology, Information Architecture
• or related field
• Technical Skills
• + Experience vibe coding prototypes for quick proof of concepts + Experience working with
• design systems and familiar with creating UX patterns
• + Experience adhering to WCAG compliance and standards + Mastered design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite + Knowledge of agile software development processes and experience with requirements management and complex projects + Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Preferred Job Qualifications

• $226,050.00 USD This role is eligible for Bonus. _Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
