- What You Will Do
- The Principal Digital Factory UX/UI Test Engineer leads UI/UX design, front-end testing, usability validation, and regression automation for Ignition-based applications, MES workflows, dashboards, and IIoT-enabled systems.

- + Own the front-end testing strategy for digital factory applications across CFI.
- Testing Standards & Department Best Practices
- + Define testing best practices, templates, and guidelines for software engineers and stakeholders.

- Qualifications You Must Have
- + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of
- 8 years of prior relevant experience

- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end testing, human-machine interfaces, or digital manufacturing systems.
- + •Experience designing user-centric interfaces using Figma, Ignition, or similar tools.
- + •Experience in front-end testing, UX validation, and test plan development.
- Qualifications We Prefer
- + Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for test management and defect tracking.
