only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Designer (UX) to support the design and delivery of next-generation digital experiences within a complex, data-driven environment. This role will focus on purchase experience workflows , requiring strong ownership of end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in Agile environments , collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions . Key Responsibilities Own and deliver end-to-end UX design from discovery through implementation Design and optimize complex workflows , including dashboards, forms, and process-driven systems Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes Partner with Product Managers and Engineers in Agile sprint cycles Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, and Content Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools Experience designing complex enterprise workflows (dashboards, forms, process-driven systems) Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with engineering teams Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services, fintech, insurance, or regulated industries Exposure to AI-driven features or intelligent workflows (e.g., automation, AI-assisted UX) Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems Familiarity with tools such as Jira, FigJam, Miro What We're Looking For Strong portfolio with detailed case studies (mandatory) Ability to handle complex, data-heavy environments Proven experience with end-to-end product ownership Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Interview Process Up to 2 interview rounds Quick turnaround expected
