Insight Global is seeking a remote Senior UI Engineer (React.js/Next.js) to join a Fortune 10 retail pharmacy client. This person will be joining the team responsible for building a CRM platform for the retail side of the organization.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Ability to build scalable enterprise workflow and product lifecycle platforms with frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Ability to design and integrate APIs using Java, FastAPI and Python
- 1+ year Claude MCP integrations (experience building AI-assisted workflows leveraging True Foundry/low code to no code platforms like Claude, Scikit-learn services, True Foundry or equivalent)
- Redis knowledge
- Knowledge of enterprise workflow platforms
- Product lifecycle or vendor onboarding systems knowledge
- Experience with CDN integration and optimization
- Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems
- Experience with AI based IVR/Telephony systems such as Nuance, Kore , Deepgram platforms
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Camunda/Temporal, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Cloudflare/Akamai/CloudFront
- Knowledge of supply chain, merchandising, or product governance workflows
- Experience building configurable workflow engines and operational dashboards
