Hybrid We're looking for a hands-on UI engineer to play a key role in shaping the user experience of a growing product platform. This person will work closely with product and design to bring interfaces to life, while also helping define how the front-end is built, structured, and scaled over time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both building and improving, someone who can deliver features while also elevating the overall quality and direction of the front-end environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Build modern, responsive user interfaces based on product and design direction Help evolve the front-end architecture to support scalability, reusability, and long-term maintainability Improve and refactor existing code to align with best practices and consistent patterns Contribute to decisions around frameworks, component structure, and state management Ensure applications perform well across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes Partner with product, design, and engineering to refine requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions Participate in code reviews and help establish development standards across the team Balance delivering new features with improving the overall quality of the codebase

Desired Experience:

5-7+ years of experience building front-end applications in a team environment Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles Experience organizing and structuring front-end applications at scale Ability to step into existing codebases and improve them over time Familiarity with testing approaches and maintaining code quality Comfortable working closely with designers and translating concepts into production-ready UI Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Experience contributing to design systems or shared component libraries Exposure to performance optimization and front-end architecture decisions Experience working in fast-paced product environments
