Akkodis is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with a strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Rate Range:

$55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UI/UX Designer Job Responsibilities include:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to understand customer needs and create intuitive end-to-end user experiences. Design user interactions across digital products, including touchscreens, mobile applications, voice commands, and other connected interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and user flows that align with customer expectations and brand standards. Apply accessibility and universal design principles to deliver inclusive, user-friendly, and engaging experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to solve complex design challenges and ensure seamless service experiences across multiple touchpoints. Leverage AI technologies, user insights, and design best practices to optimize product usability, drive innovation, and advocate for user-centered design excellence.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related discipline. Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and translating insights into intuitive user-centered design solutions. Pay Details:
