A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Job Description
Rate Range:
$55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.UI/UX Designer Job Responsibilities include:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to understand customer needs and create intuitive end-to-end user experiences. Design user interactions across digital products, including touchscreens, mobile applications, voice commands, and other connected interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and user flows that align with customer expectations and brand standards. Apply accessibility and universal design principles to deliver inclusive, user-friendly, and engaging experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to solve complex design challenges and ensure seamless service experiences across multiple touchpoints. Leverage AI technologies, user insights, and design best practices to optimize product usability, drive innovation, and advocate for user-centered design excellence.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related discipline. Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and translating insights into intuitive user-centered design solutions. Strong proficiency with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and experience working within Agile/Lean product development teams.
