Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UX Engineer who can seamlessly bridge design and development. This is a true hybrid role for someone who enjoys creating user experiences in Figma and bringing them to life through front-end development. This individual will support both Partnership Success Teams and B2C digital initiatives, helping deliver customer-facing web and mobile experiences while partnering with global teams on new partner implementations and digital expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements can shift frequently. They should be equally confident discussing user experience strategy, creating designs, and writing production-ready code. Key Responsibilities Design and develop customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs using Figma. Build and maintain responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-based integrations. Partner with Partnership Success Teams to support ongoing client initiatives and digital enhancements. Provide both design and development support for global partner implementations. Take ownership of development efforts related to the continued overhaul and enhancement of a B2C platform. Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Support the rollout of digital experiences into new markets as the business expands. Contribute to design system standards, reusable components, accessibility best practices, and overall user experience consistency. Balance multiple projects and priorities while adapting to evolving business needs.

Pay rate:
