ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
Conduct customer interviews to understand user goals, motivations, and challenges.
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Create user journeys, flows, and experience maps to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with UX designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research insights into product decisions.
Analyze quantitative research data and identify trends and patterns.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain a research repository to document and track insights.
Qualifications5+ years of UX research, usability testing, or related experience.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Experience with user research and testing platforms such as Maze, UseBerry, UserInterviews, or similar tools.
Proven ability to conduct customer interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience creating user journeys and user flows.
Familiarity with UX design principles and digital product development.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
