UX Designer/Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a UX Designer / Developer to design and develop engaging digital experiences that align with brand standards and user needs. This role combines user experience design with front-end development and CMS optimization to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performance-driven web solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of design creativity and technical expertise, along with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop user-centric web experiences using modern UX principles and development practices Build, optimize, and maintain web pages using platforms such as Wix Studio and other CMS tools Collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions Create mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs, then implement them into functional web experiences Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness across devices Conduct user testing, research, and site audits to improve usability and engagement Apply best practices in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, usability, and functionality Maintain and enhance existing web properties through continuous improvements and updates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field 6-8+ years of experience in UX design and web development Strong expertise in building websites and digital experiences using Wix Studio or similar CMS platforms Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular Strong understanding of UX design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory Experience with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience conducting user research and usability testing Strong creative thinking with the ability to bring innovative ideas to digital experiences
