IDR is seeking a Junior UX Designer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Columbia, TN. This role involves supporting the design and delivery of digital products through interaction design, prototyping, and user research. The position offers an excellent chance to collaborate with industry professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Position Overview for the
Junior UX Designer:
Support the design and development of customer-facing and internal digital products.
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to enhance user experience.
Collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design quality and consistency.
Assist in user research activities, usability testing, and documentation of findings.
Help maintain and update design systems and documentation to support scalable designs.
Requirements for the
Junior UX Designer:
Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools.
Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods.
Knowledge of design documentation, specifications, and handoff processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
