Job Description

About the Foundation & the Role The Isaacson Foundation, doing business as Empower Ministry, is a faith-based, non-profit organization on a mission to develop quality people to equip Christian leaders to live out their God-given potential to advance the Kingdom. A top priority is creating a resource center to curate best-in-class tools and resources for ministry leaders, free-of-charge forever. Our ultimate goal is to save more souls by empowering successful Church leaders to amplify their impact, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen their ministries for lasting success. Learn more about initiatives on www.empowerministry.com, and be sure to check out our blogs. As a start-up organization, Empower Ministry wants teammates to work on site at our office in Gallatin, Tennessee, to support culture, camaraderie, and efficiency. We are non-denominational; the Apostles' Creed is our foundational belief. Empower Ministry is building out our Marketing and AI Product function from the ground up, spanning brand identity, digital presence, the Resource Center platform, and a growing library of church-facing resources. This is a foundational hire on that team: a hands-on designer who can move fluidly between brand and creative work and product-level UX/UI, giving the CMPO an execution partner across brand, marketing, communications, digital assets, and AI products — and the stewardship of the shared design system and asset library the rest of the team builds on. You'll report to the Chief Marketing & AI Product Officer (CMPO), and you'll work in close partnership with the AI Specialist on anything touching the Resource Center and AI-enabled tools. You will also create content and creative assets for both internal and external creative asset design needs. This is a build-from-scratch environment. Expect ambiguity, fast iteration, and real ownership of what you ship, with final sign-off from the CMPO. You'll need to show initiative, creative design excellence, and conduct research. This role sits at the intersection of brand identity and the end-to-end product experience. You will build design systems as a foundation for marketing, communications, and product design. You must have a professional portfolio to apply for this position. Upload your portfolio with your application.
