This role involves designing engaging user experiences within a cutting-edge platform that combines product UX, analytics UX, and workflow management for a data-driven organization. Position Overview for the
UI/UX Engineer:
Design user experiences that balance dashboards and operational workflows for an evolving platform. Create UX patterns for analytics experiences such as drilldowns, filtering, exploration, and role-based views. Partner with data/BI and engineering teams to support data modeling and decision-making processes. Map and simplify end-to-end workflows tied to case operations, identifying pain points and enhancements. Produce UX deliverables including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction standards. Requirements for theUI/UX Engineer:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering on complex software products. Strong skills designing for data-heavy experiences such as dashboards and operational analytics. Ability to understand and design around real workflows like case management and claims. Comfortable partnering with technical teams and detailed in collaboration.
