Your Impact You'll be at the forefront of our user-centered design efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. As a UX Designer at K2United, you will: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate how our products should function and feel Advocate for the user by incorporating research, personas, and best practices into your design decisions Identify friction in user flows and proactively propose solutions before and during implementation Collaborate closely with development and testing teams, supporting features as they move from design to release Contribute to and maintain UX standards, helping ensure consistency across our products Create and conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the experience

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving and execution Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and prototyping Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Experience translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are ready for development Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to apply insights to design decisions Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale to a variety of stakeholders Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to manage your own work, prioritize effectively, and move projects forward with appropriate guidance
