Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled UI/User Experience Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web applications, ensuring optimal usability and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless user experiences across diverse platforms, supporting our commitment to innovative and scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in front-end development, system architecture, and UX principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams. Duties UI/UX & Feature Development Design, build, and refine intuitive, accessible front-end user interfaces and client-facing application flows. Build necessary back-end supporting functions, endpoints, and logic in Java and Python to power new application features. Ensure all new features align with established enterprise compliance, data handling policies, and brand standards. Maintenance, Bug Fixing & QA Testing Perform meticulous, hands-on testing across platforms to identify edge cases, visual defects, and performance bottlenecks prior to deployment. Troubleshoot, track, and resolve front-end and back-end bugs efficiently to maintain platform stability. Respond quickly to customer support escalations, internal bug reports, and feature requests with clear communication and fast turnarounds. Workflow & Productivity Optimization Actively utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, LLM tools) to accelerate feature delivery, debug complex issues, and handle heavy, day-to-day development workloads. Collaborate directly with product leads and internal stakeholders to turn end-user feedback into polished software updates.

Experience Languages:

Proficiency in Java and Python for application and feature development.

UI/UX Focus:

Strong background in user interface design principles, front-end styling, responsive web layouts, and user experience workflows.

Feature Integration:

Experience handling both user-facing interface work and underlying back-end application logic.

AI-Assisted Workflow:

Comfortable using AI programming tools to navigate codebases, write routine boilerplates, and debug quickly.

Rigorous Testing Practices:

Deep familiarity with structured QA methodologies, detailed test execution, and methodical bug tracking on web-based platforms.

Pay:

$107,396.26 - $108,337.42 per year
