This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic in-house creative and digital team focused on developing engaging digital experiences across multiple channels for a leading organization in the energy sector. Position Overview for the
Digital Designer:
Support the creation of visually compelling assets across web, print, social media, video, email, and emerging channels. Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and digital solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Leverage modern platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AI-powered tools to produce scalable marketing materials. Contribute to website enhancements, personalization initiatives, and digital optimization efforts to elevate customer experience. Requirements for theDigital Designer:
5-7 years of experience in agency or in-house digital design, marketing, or related field. Strong visual design, UI, and digital experience skills, including expertise in layout, typography, color, motion, and brand systems. Advanced proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro. Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
