Mid-Level UX Designer

Job Description We are seeking a Mid-Level UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences across mobile and desktop platforms. This role partners closely with product managers and engineers to solve moderately complex problems through user centered design. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and pain points across digital messaging, documents, and advice experiences.
• Design and iterate user interfaces for native mobile and desktop applications.
• Create high fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using Figma.
• Apply accessibility standards and provide clear accessibility annotations for development.
• Contribute to and maintain a shared design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross functional partners to frame problems and support product strategy.
• Facilitate working sessions and design discussions to generate solutions and alignment.
• Present design rationale clearly using human centered design principles.
• Identify and communicate design related risks and mitigation strategies.

• 4 or more years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showing end to end design for mobile and desktop experiences.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience conducting usability testing using tools such as Maze or UserTesting.
