Location:
- National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX Nightwing is seeking a UX Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and observational studies + Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses + Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes + Design intuitive information architecture aligned with user mental models + Conduct usability testing with representative end users + Develop and maintain design systems with reusable components + Produce quarterly UI/UX reports with actionable recommendations + Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper design implementation + Gather and analyze user feedback from all deployment environments + Support SAFe ceremonies with user experience insights •
Required Qualifications:
- + Minimum 10 years of UX/UI design experience + Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent) + Demonstrated experience conducting user research in classified environments + Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) + Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications + Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design + Background in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas + Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes + Active TS/SCI clearance + Must be U.
