A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Developer is responsible for developing the code that governs the overall user experience of a website or application, from individual processes within the product, to the overall user journey. Ensuring that the end product creates an intuitive and effective experience for the end user. This may include testing, interaction design, obtaining user stories.

Manage communication websites, to include not just updates to content but improving functionality (a UX'ers dream) using WordPress and Joomla Building websites from the ground up
The Necessities:
You must have a bachelor's degree in UX, Design, Development, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience (4 additional years of professional experience working as a front-end developer, web designer, UX designer, or related field can be substituted in lieu of degree) Experience designing and developing high-quality websites using WordPress and Joomla! Experience with HTML and CSS You have an awesome portfolio or link you can share that showcases design experience Ability to take the reins and manage projects thought the website development process Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups is your jam Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles You can successfully build out websites from the ground up and easily transfer existing content along the way Working independently or jumping in to work collaboratively with a team The Nice to
