Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with our client in this search, a Fortune 500 company in the e-commerce, technology and logistics space, to hire a talented UX Designer for an 11-month contract opportunity in Bellevue, WA. The UX Designer will design intuitive, data-driven interfaces for complex, real-time operational systems. This role focuses on translating ambiguous requirements into user-friendly solutions through research and prototyping, while operating with strong ownership, speed, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

11-month contract
Pay Rate:
$55-60/hour (W2)
Hours:
40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-rich applications, including dashboards, control panels, and real-time monitoring interfacesDevelop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts and interaction behaviorsConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisionsTranslate user feedback and data into actionable design improvements, ensuring solutions are both intuitive and effectivePartner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver high-quality experiencesContribute to and help evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX standards for consistency and scalabilityPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterative improvementsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design quality and accuracy throughout implementationMonitor product performance using data and metrics, continuously optimizing the user experience
