Game Master Wanted - Professional Fun-Haver! Escape Room 66 | Laguna Hills Are you the kind of person who can walk into a room full of strangers and have everyone laughing within five minutes? Do you love working with kids, have endless energy, and know how to make people feel welcome? Then we might have the perfect job for you! Escape Room 66 is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Game Master to help create unforgettable adventures for our guests. We're not looking for someone who just shows up and watches the clock. We want someone who takes initiative, loves interacting with people, and brings their personality to work! What You'll Do Welcome guests, explain the games, and get everyone excited for their adventure. Run escape room games, monitor players, and provide clues when needed. Host birthday parties and keep kids (especially ages 8-12) entertained, engaged, and having a blast! Reset rooms, maintain props, and keep everything clean and ready for the next adventure. Think on your feet, solve problems, and jump in wherever help is needed. Who We're Looking For You MUST be:

OUTGOING!

You genuinely LOVE meeting new people, talking to strangers, and making guests feel welcome. This is NOT a behind-the-scenes job! Great with kids! You enjoy their energy, know how to keep them engaged, and can make a birthday party feel like the best day ever. A self-starter! You notice what needs to be done and DO IT. You don't wait around for someone to give you a to-do list. Responsible and dependable. You show up on time, take ownership of your work, and can be trusted to keep things running smoothly. Energetic, friendly, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Experience in customer service, theater, teaching, summer camps, or working with children is a plus, but personality, enthusiasm, and a great work ethic matter most!

AVAILABILITY

You MUST be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed , including evenings, some late nights and holidays. Weekend availability is essential!

on weekends. MUST be available to work Black Friday weekend and Dec 18 - Jan 3. You will not work every day over the 2 week holidays, but you must be available to take shifts during those 2 weeks.
