Game Master at ConTRAPtions Escape Rooms! Love puzzles, people, and a little drama (the fun kind)? ConTRAPtions Escape Rooms is looking for energetic, outgoing Game Masters to join our crew! This isn't your average customer service job: you'll be part performer, part puzzle pro, and full-on guest experience guru.

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and get them pumped for their escape adventure Deliver fun, engaging intros and safety briefings Monitor games, offer timely hints, and keep the energy high Reset rooms with precision and speed Handle bookings, check-ins, and in-store sales Snap post-game pics and encourage five-star reviews Promote return visits and keep the fun going

What We're Looking For:

A positive, upbeat personality who thrives on interacting with people Someone who can lead a group, think on their feet, and stay cool under pressure 2+ years of customer service experience Detail-oriented and dependable Available to work weekends (especially Friday & Saturday nights up to midnight), 1-2 on-call weekday shifts as needed Must be able to work at least 3 Saturdays a month Why ConTRAPtions?
