Applicants for this role should be prepared for the following responsibilities and possess the following characteristics:
Responsibilities Include:
Enthusiastic Customer greeting and education Customer check-in, suit-up and suit-down Visitor Management, facilitating customer traffic and managing bookings and party/event reservations efficiently Track and manage promotions, discounts, packages, and store offerings Presenting the player safety briefing and hyping players for their experience Managing in-game sessions and ensuring player safety Capturing Positive Customer Experiences in Reviews. Upselling when appropriate. Active participation in, and contributions to team Social Media and venue projects Maintenance and repairs of Venue Equipment and Software. Maintaining thorough cleanliness of the entire venue and all equipment Opening/closing the venue, auditing sales and accounting for cash Data collection and data entry tasks (examples: in-store task checklists, call logs, tech issues, customer feedback, channel audits, social media)

Availability Requirements:
Availability all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is non-negotiable (10am - 9pm Fr/Sat, 11am-7pm Sun).
