Job Description
•Must have weekend availability•We are looking for people who are great at interacting with the public, and who enjoy playing games. We are an Escape Room located in Kissimmee and want to bring people to our team who enjoy having fun, who can work well with and engage the public. A background in escape rooms or some form of job with customer interaction (theater background, arts background, theme park employee, etc) is a plus. A Game Master is someone who will be responsible for monitoring the game that our customers will be playing. You will be interacting with them by giving hints and advice when needed via our computer software program, so excellent typing skills and grammar are required. You may also need to work the front reception area to greet customers when they come in to play the game. You will need problem solving skills - if something goes wrong in the game, you have to think on your feet and fix it. It's not just sitting around watching a computer monitor. We cannot stress enough the importance of excellent customer service. If you're not a "people person" or you tend to be continuously cranky, please don't apply.
