Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic Escape Room Game Master to join our team. As a Tyme Professor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fun and exciting experience while they attempt to solve the puzzles and escape from our themed rooms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests, introduce them to the rules of the game, and set the stage for the escape room experience dressed and acting in character for our Steam Punk Era Theme. Provide clues and hints to guests to help them solve puzzles and escape the room within the allotted time, when prompted. Monitor and track the progress of guests throughout the game, and intervene as necessary to ensure the safety of all participants and the integrity of the game. Reset and prepare the escape rooms after each game, ensuring that all puzzles and props are in working order and ready for the next group of guests. Maintain a clean and orderly game area, including the lobby, game rooms, and restrooms. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Opening and closing the store.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for gaming, puzzles, and immersive experiences. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
